This list represents what you may need to provide in order for your loan to be submitted to an underwriter.

• A signed and dated 4506-T. This is the IRS form now required by all investors.

• Last 30 Days paycheck stubs for all borrowers (if needed)

• Last 2 years W-2's for all borrowers.

• Last 2 months bank or Credit Union statements (savings and checking)

• Copy of Divorce decree, including all pages (if needed)

• Copy of Bankruptcy discharge papers (if needed)

• Explanation Letter - if needed (for late payments, etc.)

• Copy of Drivers License for all borrowers

• Copy of Purchase Agreement (when buying a home).

• Copy of all Pension Statements, "Award" Letter, etc. (if needed)

• Copy of Social Security Annual "Award" Letter, Statement, etc. (if needed)

• A valid appraisal by a licensed appraiser.

                   NOTE: You may need additional items that an underwriter

                                will require once your file is reviewed.
